Garmón is the latest endeavor of the esteemed García family, renowned for their ownership of Mauro in Castilla y León and San Román in Toro. Mariano García, who boasts three decades of winemaking experience at Vega Sicilia, leads the project alongside his sons, Alberto and Eduardo García Montaña. The trio brings together a wealth of expertise, having also cultivated knowledge in Ribera del Duero over the years. Mariano’s involvement extends to being a partner at Aalto, while the family has long consulted for Astrales. With an annual production of approximately 60,000 bottles, Garmón, a name that combines the family’s Garcia and Montaña surnames, is committed to crafting wines of exceptional quality, rooted in terroir and a profound sense of origin.

TASTING NOTES
Vibrant fruit aromas greet the nose, accompanied by hints of licorice and graphite against a mineral backdrop. The wine presents a dense texture and polished tannins, offering a full-bodied, fleshy palate and a lingering finish.
