Domaine Geantet-Pansiot, located in the commune of Gevrey-Chambertin, was founded in 1954 by Edmond Geantet and Bernadette Pansiot. Though discreet, the family-run winery has gained renown for its exceptional wines. Over the years, it has expanded to include 22 hectares of vines, planted on limestone and clay-limestone soils, and farmed using sustainable agricultural practices. Today, the estate is managed by Fabien, son of Vincent and grandson of Edmond. The wines produced by the Geantet family in the Côte de Nuits are celebrated for their outstanding quality.

TASTING NOTES
The nose is subtle, with restrained aromas of black cherry and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the wine offers a fine tannin structure and a delightful dark berry freshness that pairs beautifully with the rich dark fruit. A touch of mocha adds depth to the long, firm finish. This is a lovely, juicy, and well-structured wine with excellent aging potential.
