Nestled among the rolling vineyards of Wintzenheim in Alsace, Domaine Josmeyer has been producing wines for five generations, dating back to 1854. The 25-hectare estate spans 90 plots, including prized parcels in the renowned Grand Cru sites of Hengst and Brand, known for their exceptional wine production for centuries. Today, sisters Céline and Isabelle oversee the Domaine, having embraced biodynamic practices since 2000. The hand-harvested grapes are gently crushed and allowed to rest in century-old wooden casks, where they ferment naturally at their own pace. The wines are left on their lees for several months during winter.

TASTING NOTES
This dry wine offers a sweet and delicate nose, with aromas of white flowers and yellow peaches in warmer vintages, or notes of citrus zest with a hint of saltiness. On the palate, it is elegant and easy to drink, supported by a smooth yet subtle acidity that beautifully structures the fruit and floral notes, allowing them to develop in perfect harmony.
