Henri Perrot-Minot is the namesake behind one of Burgundy’s most respected domaines, located primarily in the Côte de Nuits. Known today as Domaine Perrot-Minot, it has deep family roots dating back several generations in Morey-Saint-Denis. Over time, the estate has assembled prime vineyard parcels in prestigious appellations such as Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny, and Morey-Saint-Denis, including several Grand Cru sites.
Under Henri’s legacy and continued stewardship by later generations—most notably Christophe Perrot-Minot—the domaine has gained a reputation for crafting wines of outstanding finesse and terroir-driven character. In both vineyard and cellar, they emphasize minimal intervention, meticulous grape selection, and respect for nature’s rhythms. The result is an elegant, pure expression of Pinot Noir, consistently earning praise from Burgundy enthusiasts around the world.
