Domaine St Patrice is farmed according to organic principles, with a focus on precision and high standards. The team has always been dedicated to the health of their soil and vines, utilizing traditional techniques and avoiding chemicals. Over time, their experience has enabled them to perfect the cultivation of each grapevine, with old methods like plowing, furrowing, and turning the vines still in use. Grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted to ensure quality. The winemaking process is gentle and natural, based on the principle of infusion. With 1.8 hectares of vines, an annual production of around 6,000 bottles, and vines over 80 years old, the estate boasts a unique and exceptional terroir.
