Distinctive in style, Henri Giraud is among the few producers to vinify and age their champagnes in oak barrels, a method traditionally associated with fine Burgundy. Uniquely, they are the only winery permitted to use the rare and prized oak from the Argonne forest near Champagne, further enhancing their wines’ exceptional character.
