TASTING NOTES
The wine offers a lively and aromatic nose with notes of lemongrass, freshly cut lime, and pineapple. On the palate, vibrant and juicy flavours of green pineapple, mango, and subtle guava emerge. The finish is marked by a fine minerality and bright acidity. A beautifully round, textured mid-palate is enhanced by the wild fermentation and the use of a concrete egg tank, adding depth and complexity to the wine.
