Founded in 1996 by Marco and Francesca Satori, Roccolo Grassi has rapidly emerged as a leading advocate for quality in Valpolicella, garnering widespread acclaim for its Amarone, Valpolicella, and Soave wines. The winery is dedicated to crafting wines that are modern in style yet maintain a “traditional” flavour and character.
While many growers in the region send their grapes to local cooperatives, Roccolo Grassi meticulously tends to its 14 hectares of vines using sustainable viticulture practices. Their goal is to harvest high-quality grapes and produce relatively low yields of exceptional wine.
