Passing the baton to his son, Christian Sérafin, the legacy now resides with Christian’s daughter, Karine, and his niece, Frederique. The essence of Serafin’s triumph lies in their ancient vines, meticulously regulated low yields, and an unwavering dedication to artisanal craftsmanship. Their wines undergo no filtration and mature in carefully chosen, premium oak barrels, consistently embodying opulence, intensity, and breathtaking finesse. Embracing organic vineyard management, they eschew systemic herbicides or pesticides. Their winemaking approach is straightforward and natural, devoid of artificial yeasts or enzymes, conducted in open fermenters.
