Nestled in the hills of San Martino Buon Albergo, Tenuta Musella stands out as one of the most beautiful and self-sufficient estates in the Veneto region. This winery has deep roots in the history of the Counts Muselli family, believed to be the original owners of the estate since the sixteenth century. However, it wasn’t until the latter half of the nineteenth century that the winemaking tradition in the area gained prominence, particularly for its exceptional Amarone and Valpolicella wines. Under the visionary leadership of Cesare Trezza di Musella, who introduced innovative vineyard planting and cultivation methods, the winery began to thrive and establish itself as a significant player in the region. Tenuta Musella boasts three vineyards situated on different hills, each rich in forest and natural oases. The diverse soil compositions and predominantly westward exposure create a unique and captivating terroir.

TASTING NOTES
With its striking ruby red colour accented by a vibrant purple rim, this wine immediately draws the eye, hinting at the richness that awaits within. The aromatic profile is broad and complex, offering a delightful interplay of scents that unfold with each swirl of the glass. Notes of luscious black cherry dominate, embodying a ripe and juicy essence that evokes summer orchards. Complementing this are an array of ripe red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, which add a layer of freshness and brightness to the bouquet. This wine is not just powerful; it is also elegantly crafted, with a well-defined structure and a lingering finish.
