Michel Colin was the third generation in his family to cultivate grapes in Burgundy’s prestigious Côte de Beaune. When he retired in 2003, he passed the estate to his sons, Philippe and Bruno, who divided the vineyard holdings to bottle under separate labels. Bruno now farms eight hectares divided into thirty parcels spread across five communes, often tending only a few rows in each. From these tightly focused plots, he produces exceptional wines from Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Santenay, and Maranges. They are noted for their aromatic and textural balance, as well as their refined minerality and nuanced complexity, reflecting the unique character of each vineyard.

TASTING NOTES
This wine showcases a brilliant golden-yellow hue. Its full-bodied and slightly spicy aroma reveals intense notes of pear, peach, apple, and citrus, framed by hints of vanilla, toast, minerals, and walnut wood. On the palate, it is perfectly balanced and rounded, offering rich fruit and citrus flavours harmonised with vibrant acidity and pleasant minerality. Subtle notes of nuts, spices, toasted bread crust, and oak add depth and complexity. The dry, long-lasting finish leaves a refreshing impression.
