About The Winery:
- David and Nadia Sadie met at the University of Stellenbosch when David, after a rugby injury, shifted his focus to viticulture.

- In 2016, Nadia joined David, and together they turned it into a family venture. Nadia manages the viticulture side of the project, overseeing the vineyards they lease.
- She practices biological farming, avoiding herbicides, planting cover crops, and experimenting with organic conversion.
